General Questions

Squeeze is a seamless personal finance app used to help consumers track and compare recurring bills, and organize spending to save money, reduce debt, and grow wealth.

Because of our price comparison model, we have been called the Expedia of the personal finance world.  While there are other financial applications out there that track spending, we are the first application of its kind to offer the price comparison model.

Squeeze will always be free.  We may offer premium tiers in the future.

Some, but not all partners compensate us. Our transparency about pricing allows you to make better buying decisions. When you save, everyone wins. It’s that simple.

Yes, as secure as your online banking. We use banking level encryption on our website, encrypted databases, and two-factor authentication when you sign in. Please visit our security page to read more.

Squeeze currently operates only in the United States. We are working to perfect our patented app here before expanding to other regions. Watch this space for developments!

We love questions, ideas, and feedback about your experience, so shoot us an email at feedback@squeezeapp.com.

Currently, some of our partner institutions are experiencing difficulties. This happens sometimes with new technology. We are working hard to patch this issue, so that our users may get the full Squeeze experience, and apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.

Before you give up finding your bank try searching with an alternative spelling. Using acronyms may not always work when searching for banking institutions.

For example, BECU is found in the bank list as “Boeing Employee Credit Union”.

We provide secure access to over 16,000 banks. If don’t see your bank, please send us an email at support@squeezeapp.com.

Squeeze frequently updates your account for you so you are free to do other things. Every hour Squeeze searches for new updates.

When Squeeze has many users logged in during the same peak hours, you may experience difficulty loading content. Please check back at another time.

If you are receiving this error message please log into your account via your institution’s website. After a successful login, try reconnecting your account in the Squeeze app using those correct credentials.

If the problem persists please email us at support@squeezeapp.com.
